It's best not to try and interpret blood test results. It is something complex even for docs who have studied them for years. You should always ask your GP or rheumy for explanantions.

It does not necessarily mean either. The significance of any test result depends on health history symptoms, other tests and expert evaluation. This is a particularly complicated situation.
