Hi,
I couldnt get into chat until I loaded Java!
Under "Tech &Test" you will find a thread "Chat roon requires Java".
Tom has listed links to Java! I just clicked on the relevant one for my
system, loaded it and hey presto - chat now works!
Previous to that I did try what Katherine suggested but that did not work either!
Good luck and perhaps see you in chat soon!
