Here is a simple version for a wonderful Chinese dish.

3 skinless chicken breasts
3 cans chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
4 handfuls of Rotini pasta
Take the three chicken breasts and boil them in water for approximately one hour. Remove from water and cut into bite sized pieces, set aside. Place large skillet over medium heat. Pour in one can of chicken broth, add salt, pepper, thyme, chicken bouillon and chicken. Stir lightly and allow to simmer to a light boil. While waiting for light boiling, peal and cut onions in half and then slice each half and add to skillet. Take garlic cloves and dice and add to skillet. Stir in second can of chicken broth.Fold in evenly flour and cornstarch around the skillet. Fold in four handfuls of Rotini. Cover with lid and let simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes checking for desired doneness of pasta. Serves 4-6 people. Oh and enjoy!
