is it possible that a Neg ANA will turn positive?

I am waiting for a viable blister to be biopsied.... it can only be done in my GP's office MON - Thursday in the AM.... wish my blisters knew the day and time (grin) they arrived when it was not possible to have the biopsy done for immunoflurescence (?sp) NEXT TIME !
