Hi All

I wonder if any clever person knows how to alert Google to problems.
I read that they have made a big effort to weed out the false site results. There's a name for these but I can't remember it. It's the sort where your search term occurs many times in between other phrases that have nothing to do with it, often porn sites. Ugh

Yesterday I was clicking through to dermnetnz but each time a shopping site popped up. That maddening sort that tells you "Shop for Lupus Skin" or "Listen to Lupus Skin music " or "Special offer on Lupus Skin". I don't think it had a " You have been chosen to receive Lupus Skin free !!!!"
Not only did it pop up each time but I couldn't get rid of it without starting off all over again with my search. Talk about irritation levels.

I couldn't see anything about complaining on Google's Home page - everything but that !

Thanks :)

Claire,

When I go to Google UK there are 4 headings one of which is 'More Google'.
Click on this then you will see headings, use the one that is red in colour, listed is 'More Google', click on this! You should then find 'Contact us'.

Hope I've given correct directions and you find want you want!

via other clicks I found e-mails addresses : [email protected] or for admin/technical [email protected]

Love Lesley
