Hi all

A 'snippet for today' to share with you.

Re-vamped a customer's garden today.
He had a stroke a couiple of years ago, does well, but needs things like land drains, steps, and little walls building for him.

He's doing just great and can speak as clear as a bell. He has achieved this without any speech therapy.

He said the S/T came twice.

She mentioned risk assessments during her first visit.

He is a charming, but very crusty northerner.8)

On her second she noticed a new and huge container full of whisks on his windowsill.

she asked what they were for and he said ..........

............................

You got it ........... It's a whisk assessment!:p

she never went back, so he's learned to speak again all by himself.

love that humour

Hi Alwin
as a person, who had to fly back home from working abroad, not able to speak, having had a second stroke, I love that whisk assessment! :rotfl: As stroke rehab for me was just seeing a speech therapist, I appreciate the gentleman's great humour, when I had to teach myself to speak using cassette recorder, then getting back to teaching:wink2: .
