Have any of you tried a detox system? I'm wondering if this would help at all. I know that I would need to clear it with my doc but just curious if anyone else has tried it out.

Hello there,

I haven't and I'm afraid I don't know very much about it but it would certainly need clearing with your doc as it could potentially put unwanted strain on kidneys that might already be weakened by disease. You have to be very careful about some of these things that many people don't think twice about.

I have never done it as my doctor would not allow it.

I thought about it but when I asked permission I was told no for the exact reason Katharine spoke of............too much strain on the body, kidneys especially.
