Since going to see the Rheumie,
I have made a diary, daily.
so that you can make a complete log of what is going on, not only for you but the DR'S as well.
Even if it the same same every day, log it......

LET THEM KNOW........

I do too Its good to look back to check symptoms. see when the good times were and the bad. keep track of any tests Ive had specially with this foggy memory of mine:rotfl:

I have known that I should for ages but only started recently :blush: I'm not a diary type person usually.

It is true that it is very helpful in getting a picture, seeing what ties in with what and also (for me) actually "remembering" what happened when.

My rheumy is quite used to me coming into appointments with lists in hand. She knows I can't remember stuff and I think it does make the whole appointment more productive
