Thanks for your reply that's good to know. I am currently signed off for 4 weeks due to SLE flare up, my whole body is in pain. My work is calling me in for Stage One Sickness interview on 16/10/08, despite the fact that I declared my illness to them since 2003 and have never fallen ill previously.

I was wondering if I come under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995?
