Hello Again. Sorry if I'm asking too many questions too soon. I'm having a really bad day today and I've been having a new symptom the last week or so. It just happened a minute ago so I want to ask this before I forget again. Is feeling faint upon standing up a lupus symptom? When I go from a sitting or kneeling position to standing up I get very lightheaded and everything goes white like I'm about to pass out and it takes me a minute to get my bearings. It's pretty scarry. I'm a stay home mom and I'm worried i might pass out infront of my kids. Is it a blood pressure thing, or a blood sugar thing? Is this part of lupus?
