Have been popping in and out of the site and having a read when I get the chance, I just wanted to say thanks for the ongoing support I got from you at a time when I was down , I have been on Methotrexate for five weeks this week, have been put on 15mg per week, with folic 5mg twice a week and Pred 5mg six daily,have been reducing the steroids down to two daily over the weeks and hey presto I'm back feeling the best I have felt for years, I did have lots of worries about taking the methotrexate , have to be honest first two weeks I felt a little out of sorts but things have settled down. Still having some problems with rashes but have a skin biopsy appointment booked and have my 1st main appointment at the Lupus clinic held at our local hospital every three months...run by the rhuemie who originally diagnosed lupus.
I just wanted to say thanks again.
