This is a rough time of year and you have had a lot going on. Maybe it's time for you to rest and take care of you. I understand how hard it is to "get going" when you just feel like curling up in bed and staying there. Do keep eating if you possibly can. It won't do to get weak from hunger..... that leads nowhere good.

thank you for kind words, have had a letter yesterday im going to manchester to see my neuro on the 11th dec, so not to long now.

i know maybe the seziures have upset the sle, i dont know im not a dr, jusat know i feel horrible, had another seziure last night on steve but thank god i have the stool now in kitchen,

i didnt go sleep this time, but felt very spaced out and far away, maybe the horrid feeling is the keppra getting in my body who knows, gp gonna up that i think tonight too, great, not..
