HI,
Just to let u know what recently happened. Due to all the stress at home I forgot to renew my pescription for Prednisolon I've been taaking 5 mg for ages now. Anway finally got my pescription then it was a public holiday then Sunday so it was about a week without taking it. I'm really sstupid I know, but as my skin has been clear ect. well it set in yesterday...and tdy I my face looks like moons surface....awful. Feet swollen, wrists swollen. So even though it's just a small dosage I obviously need that dosage, hope i can get back on track quickly...
I'm an idiot I know, I should know better:blush::blush::blush::blush::blush:

Don't be hard on yourself. I imagine we have all overlooked filling a prescription at one time or another..I know, I have.

I hope you feel better soon! Our meds do help us..don't they? Thank goodness,
we have them..
