Anything is possible - but I don't think it's very likely to be related to lupus. Gallstones are pretty common in the general population - especially women that have had children and are nearing 40. I had gallbladder problem last year & had mine removed in May. I posted about it at the time... with a title something on the order of "when gallbladders attack!" *laughs*
