Exercise Routine

If you're over 30, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient.

It may be too strenuous for some.

that was a good one! actually i have changed the way i eat

and it has made a big difference. i feel alot better and i think

im loosing it slowly i dont call it a diet just a new way of living.

Ok this one had me laughing....... not only because of the punch line, but because I went up and down, up and down, and thought my stupid computer was not loading a pic for me........then I got it ! :rotfl:
