Hi,
Just wondering if i should go and get all my test results, from the other DR, ready for when i go up to see the specialist.

Hi Doris,

Yes I think it's very helpful both for you and your new doc to have those test results. Of course the new doc will probably run a whole slew of testing herself, but at least this will help her see what if anything the other guy may have been thinking. It's especially good for you because sometimes there are surprises in there as far as some dismissed results that the doc took no note of and also will reveal just how thorough his testing was. More than a handful of us have had surprises when we got a hold of our 'so called normal results'!!

If nothing else make sure they have a copy faxed over to your specialist. It is helpful for the specialist to know how things have changed and what has already been tried and has or has not worked for you. If there are any other records that would help make sure that they too have been sent to the specialist office. I wish you luck with the new doctor and hope he can help you.
