I'm sure you won't embarrass yourself but do make sure that you explain that you need treating like a 70 year old with creaking joints! I did that and the trainer was very careful - and he needed to be.

AND - go very very slow and make sure you learn the signs for the less good days and don't ignore them...

well done you, take it easy though listen to your body. Im still thinking about getting more active just need a BIG PUSH

I walked for 35 minutes. Not breaking any speed records but it was something. I am going back tonight. Just to walk. I have a bad right elbow that can't take weight. So walking and stretching will have to do.
