As many of you may know I’m in a tough place right now but rather than sharing the doom and gloom all the time I just wanted to say, so far, today has been a good day. the sun is shining and I’ve felt happy and secure. I had a coffee and chat with a very good friend this morning and have been baking with my mum this afternoon. Nothing like being a big kid again to soothe a breaking mind
