:? I am not real sure how it went.
We were given by the front desk a 4 page questionnaire to fill out, but the dr saw us before we got to the form. The dr said we didn't need to fill it out because I was only there because my gp just wants to know if I need to be treated for the Grand Mal seizures I had.
He says he thinks my seizures are secondary to Lupus and being sick (I was sick with low potassium, anemia, elevated wbc's and had a TIA.) He talked to my hubby basically the entire time
He ordered another eeg if it is abnormal will treat me aggressively if is normal he will leave me on what I am on. Topamax and Soma. He thinks if I had not been sick and had lupus then I would not have had seizures.
He would not talk about my severe left eye pain and vision disturbances-ha's he said for me to see eye dr for that. I thought maybe it all went together. He was not concerned about the olfactory hallucinations
It is like he was only concerned in the Grand Mal Seizures and that was it.
I thought it was weird, but I could be wrong.
Any comments or advice would be appreciated
Thank You,
Becca
