Hair loss is very common in lupus but also in many other conditions. With all you have going on, I suggest you see your GP and ask for an ANA test to start the ball rolling. Or ask for a referral to a rheumatologist since you have some rheumy type symptoms. Another option is to see a dermatologist about these sores on your scalp and other skin problems.
