 hello there... Im in a quandry.. Ive been reading about how difficult it is to diagnose lupus. Ive been having a whole heap of relevent symptoms, fevers, fatigue, photo sensitivity, rashes sweats, sores in my nose and mouth, headaches.etc etc. So far Ive been diagnosed with temporal arteritis, on the grounds of a blood sediment rate of 70 and (as the doc put it) a false negative arterial biopsy result. What do I do to make them take note? I'm so glad that I've found a message board that I can have a good old fashioned moan at with people who understand. help me please.

:) Thank you so much. Instead of floundering around in a mass of symptoms, Im going to take your advice, keep a record, list my problems and get the tests you suggest. It's the first time I've felt that I have a focus and a goal. When you just sit back and wallow in whats been going on (as I admit I've let myself do) you lose focus. Right thats going to stop!I'm gonna kick ass and get myself pro-active..I can do this! You've helped a stranger to lift herself out of the slough of despond tonight. well done and thank you again.take care.
