It was quite sunny here yesterday as well. Sort of catches one by surprise after the cold spell we have been through.

I think we have all done things like that - its just so wearing to have to remember to be careful all the time. I hope this morning finds you better than you thought you might be? Or maybe thats too much to ask for.

If I were you I would concentrate more on the sleep than the other stuff....
