hi there

I am investigating the possiblity of future treatment being private, cost-dependant etc.

I was wondering whether anyone had any experience or knowledge of the Private london lupus centre in london bridge hospital as an inpatient?

I'm particularly interested in whether it was clean, what nursing was like, accomodation and how often you saw a doctor during your stay?

Thank you for your help

are you planning a future admission to hospital ? I have no idea about the lupus centre, but in my experience private hospitals are always better staffed (more nurses especially) plus they are cleaner. Private patients vote with their feel if they aren't .....

I can't use private hospitals even if I could afford them - when my family was going to pay the private system wouldn't have me as they said they didn't have sufficient icu back up should I need it (actually I ended up in icu that time round, so I was lucky not to be in the private hospital).

cheers
