Ever since I was diagnosed in April of 2007 I have not had one night of sleeping more than six hours straight, usually it is one or two hours a night and I never sleep over half an hour during the day. I don't know how long my body can take this, I am exhausted anyway, but this lack of sleep does nothing to help me fight off colds, or feel in the least bit better, I just keep feeling worse and worse. My rheumatologist asks me if I feel better or worse than in the beginning and it is always worse. I take soma now and all it makes me is even more drowsy and sick to my stomach when I wake up after my one hour of sleep. Any suggestions? Karly:yawn:

Hi,
I think you should talk to your doctor about something else to help you with some real sleep. I take trazadone and it works for me or i would be up all night long. Let me know what your doctor suggests for you to get some rest at night.
