Hi everyone! i hope your all having a good day!:hehe:

I will try and make this short! For a few days now i have been feeling outta sorts, very stiff joints, pain and swelling in legs with conciderable pitting occurring. Yuck its horrid! Decided i had better go see GP. He took my BP and freaked 195/125. Changed my meds saying it was due to hot weather!
now stiff suffering but bp come down a bit to 154/104 so i figure it could be a flare!:wink2:
What do you think? any response would be welcome!

Rest will have to wait till sunday as i have a childcare conference to go to tommorrow! will dose up on pain meds and hope my colleeges will look after me!
They had better lol i'm the boss it's why i cany skive off!
