Me too I'm late, but just wanted to mention that I have had an intramuscular steroid injection in my butt for thigh pain and it helped a lot, it didnt last more than a couple of weeks but it really took the edge off until I was out of that acute flaring stage. Didnt hurt, they are nothing like joint injections but for me at least it was worth it and obviously the right thing to do.

:rotfl: yep I own some classy stuff too like my knee high cow socks :hehe: why do they always catch us by surprise when we have these things on that day

((((((((((Pam)))))))))) on the hamstring. I hope the laser and the stretching help, if not then the injections are well worth it.
