Alex,

Just stay focused! Tell them that your tired of feeling C*** and want to know why and get treatment for a better quality of life asap!

Remember your own medical history from birth is just as important as current symptoms and family history!

GOOD LUCK!

Best of Luck Alex

I suggest you give practical examples of how your lupus is affecting your life focusing on worst days. Don't downplay any problems. We get so used to doing that for survival and coverup and "not moaning", that it can be hard to admit to oneself how bad things are.

Don't wear nail polish and allow time to take off any makeup before the appointment, not forgetting to take renewal supplies with you !

Hugs - and enjoy the holiday part of your trip. I hope the weather will improve next week.
