Those are scary enough symptoms that I'd do my best to be seen by a doctor or emergency room department if you cannot take any time off work & would need to be seen after typical office doctor hours.

It could be a type of pneumonia has set in; having the pain in your left arm makes me think it could be something worse. In my opinion, this is definitely something that needs to be checked out soon.

Dear Naz

I know how worried you must be about your job but you cannot ignore symptoms like you are having. There could be lots of reasons for your symptoms - from inflammation to heart problems. You really must get this checked out as soon as possible. You really cant take any chances when it comes to chest pain and pain radiating down your arm.

Im not sure what your hours of work are but a visit to the ER during the weekend to be reassured that it isnt a heart problem would be worth its weight in gold. Please get checked out. This may have nothing to do with your condition - it could be something totally unrelated so please dont worry about discrimination at this point. You can fight that 'fight' later. A good friend of mine always says its better to say 'sorry' than 'please' meaning that its better to go ahead with what your gut tells you and than worry about the 'what ifs'.....

Luv n stuff
