Mandrin Orange Jello Salad

1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 30z. box jello gelatin
1 11 or 15 oz. can mandrin oranges, drained
1 6 oz. orange yogurt

Stir 1C boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Lightly stir in yogurt then add mandrin oranges and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

It works with other fruits also, but this is my favorite.

Thanks for this interesting recipe Lazylegs. I love jelly as it's called in Britspeak. Do you drain the fruit? I am more likely to use fresh fruit. I suppose use common sense and make sure the total amount of liquid including the yoghourt (?) is the same as needed if you were making up the jello with only water.

I am really gettin hungry now :p I haven't made a jello salad yet and I am curious how it will taste so I am afraid I have to try it  I am sure it's also fine with other fruits since I am not a big fan of mandrin oranges.
