it is a bit scarey have someone stick a needle into your throat. i've had it done a couple of times and each time i whig. but actually its not too bad. i think the anticiapation is the worsed of it. i had multiple nodules, you could actually see them on my neck...eewww

i just held the nurses hand and layed there VERY still, i think i even held my breath so i wouldn't move..:wink2:
don't stress out too much, its sounds worse than it is.
