Dear LolaLola
I had a bad reaction to steroids the first time they gave them to me, they discovered that my system can't take anymore than 35mg per week otherwise I go completely off the rails, will this affect the type of immunosupprent they give, also do you have to be admitted to hospital for the initial dose of them?

Hello Netty, Some Immunosuppressants can be given by mouth once a week. This is how you would probably start. Some people need to self inject once a week and you would be taught to do this is necessary. Really it is only the more aggressive treatments that would be given in a hospital setting.
I hope this helps.
