hi all i wonder if anyone can help me. i have had lupus for 8 years and know all the symptons.recently i am experienceing something new and very painful. i get really bad pains in my neck and it travels all across my shoulders ,down my both arms and in my fingers .i use to get it every couple of months but now it happens 3 or 4 times a day as anybody got any ideas thank you very much tracey 16

Tracey, have you been examined for Fibromyalgia, it can go with lupus and causes a lot of pain where you say, at least it does with me.
Also sorry to say something so obvious but do you have good pillows?

Hi Tracy, Lola had a not so crazy idea about those pillows.
I must go through a new pillow about every three-four
months. The pain that a bad one can cause is the very worst
thing that you can go through. Get better soon.

hi

hi thanks for the advice about pillows but its not that i have recently bought really good pillows somebody mentioned cervical spondolosis but i will have to look it up because i have never heard of it but thanks for your replies .
