Hi,
Just thought i'd drop a quick one,
still have'nt heard anything about the test's done already, and it's so frustrating. My pain has triple since i saw the Rhuemie, and the pain meds don't work anymore.
I'm desperate, miserable & can't take it anymore.

Every day is a step closer.. the waiting for an answer is excruciating, especially as the meds you may need have yet to be started. Hang in there and do chase up those results, sometimes it pays to be a pain when you are in pain!! Hope you get something sorted out very soon

Sorry that you are in so much pain. I know that feeling well. Like you I am waiting to see the rheumy following blood tests and x-rays. I would be inclined to phone to see whether the results are in yet and take it from there.

i'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your test results, its is infuriating :grrr:. did they give you something for the pain?? nothing worse than hanging in limbo and be in pain, i wish i could help you but i can send a hug :hug::there:

i agree with claire, keep pestering the doctors office. there is no reason for you to be in pain while waiting for them to get of the pot as it were.


when did you have the test done??
i hope you get your answer soon and get some relief as well.

Waiting is awful Unfortunately we do a lot of waiting and the others are right; you need to chase up the docs and even if results are not back you need to ask for something to help with the pain.

I'm sorry I can't say much else to help. Hang in there, it will get better.

No pain meds prescribed, i only take over the counter meds.
It's been 4 weeks since i had the blood tests & 3 since xrays And i know my family DR has the scan results, cos my Chiro requested pics and they sent them yesterday.
I still have to go for muscle test's, but have been told it could be 6 months before i get in to see the specialist, i cannot wait that long for pain meds.
I have just tried contacting the Rhuemie, no answer, i'll just keep trying.

Just contacted Dr's office, they have some of the test's back, still waiting on the scans.
No appointment yet for the muscle/nerve specialist, & still no pain meds,
AHHHHHHHHHHH.
