is it true that omega 6 fish oil causes inflamation.

im thinking maybe my costochondritis came back due to this

please i need some advise on this.

i need to know if this is true because my chest has been hurting
me for days and its getting worse.

im taking omega 3-6-9 :worried: :worried: :worried:

i think im going to stop taking omega 6 just to be on the safe side

i would try anything just so this awful pain doesnt come back

i started cutting down on refined sugars and fats, especially because
i need to do something to bring my weight down.
