I came across this article and thought I would post to let everyone else know this information about a very commonly given diagnosis to all women, but especially to us - osteopenia.
I never knew that the diagnosis is reached based on comparing bone density to that of a 30 year old woman (who has almost maximum bone density at that age if I recall correctly). Definitely some food for thought!
