:(:(:(:(:( Need to cry to someone! I am in pain everywhere..gp says i have tendonitis, bursitis, and general inflammation-has put my steroids up (against rheumy's wishes) but only to 20mg (was on 10mg) cos he didnt wanna make rheumy too mad haha! But seriously i cant sit down i cant stand up...every joint is killing me, every muscle seems inflammed, tendons hurt so much...can't bear to be touched...even getting dressed is agony...going to the loo is painful (why arent loo seats cushioned?!?!) And it seems every lymph node i can find is inflammed... OWWWYYYY...Does anyone else get like this? I just want to cry...even my face hurts! Infact there is not one inch of my body that does not hurt. I feel so uncomfortable in my body. Plus I feel sick and tired and headachey and my chest is tight grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Sorry to come on here and moan but I just need someone who understands this.

:worried: Love Michele xxx

Oh dear Mooks ((((((hugs)))))))

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling that bad. I really hope that your methotrexate starts working for you soon to control all this.

By the sound of it your GP was quite right to put your steroids up. I hope they kick in quickly and bring you some relief.

huge hugs

((gentle hugs))

Hope the steroid increase will help, I can understand the 'pain absolutely everywhere' thing, and it is impossible to tell someone just how much 'it' hurts. For me tramadol and anti inflammatories help to keep on top of it a bit and warmth helps as well. Take care x

Hey guys thanks for your messages...yes im going for a nice bath now. only problem will be drying afterwards...ill have to air dry lol. Sadly i take 90mg arcoxia a day so cant have any extra NSAIDs and paracetamol doesnt do much for me these days. Was wondering if some of this pain is to do with low potassium..my potassium is often on the low side when i look at my bloods but no doctors ever say anything about it. Might have to phone my Rheum tomorrow and see if i can get some iv pred. Can't cope with this pain! Thanks again for all the huggles!! xxxxxxxx
