oh my god i feel nlike ive been ran over with a bus so so much pain tabs not shifting it all in my ribs,it like plurisy but ive had this for a long time not plurisy though hurting me when i move breath and pains coming and going in my chest ouch .

I'm afraid there are days like that Maybe a reaction to the stress building up to your recent rheumy appointment?

Take as much rest as you can and pamper yourself. Try and keep energy just for things that you "want" to do.
