i am so please to hear your pathway back to work went well i have mine this Thursday i am worried as i have only mild sle but it is painfull to type and at the week end i was in bed all day Sat with sheer exhaustion, dont know why as i have support from family but got up feeling ill with a bad head, had a cup of tea and went back and slept the day away.
