Started the Plaquinel Thursday and felt nausiated with the first one but am totally fine on it. I have to say I slept like a baby both nights, just drifing off into a wonderful sleep....I don't know how to describe it but it felt different. I'm in pain, I'm stressed (redundancies at work) and alone, currently unable to walk, so it's not a placeabo effect. The sleep was wonderful. I didn't feel hungover when I woke up and my eyes are clearer and brighter than they were.

I know it will take many weeks/months for it to have an effect on my illness but I feel that these signs show the drug suits me. I was so worried and hope that this post will give some encouragement to those embarking on this treatment. My eyesight was weird/is weird getting clearer and weird head symptoms but nothing scary, just my body adjusting to the drug.

My eyebrows haven't grown for years so I have a great objective way of knowing if the drug is working. Couldn't wish for a better start :)

Dear Pollianna, I am glad you feel optimistic. A couple of good night's sleep work wonders. Have you anything planned for the weekend? I am continuing to get my puppy used to my rather outraged cats.

Good day here, grey but warmish. Just right for a no sun person like me.

Great news Pollianna and it's nice to hear you feeling so positive. From now on let's hope it's a case of upwards and onwards :) :)

Yes Pollyanna,
The eyes are clearer and brighter when the body is more recovered.

Good news:)

I still can't walk on my foot lol but ive just got to sit here until it passes. It's getting better slowly. Took a couple of days of work so nothing to worry about.

The puppy sounds adorable thogh the cats may never forgive you lol. Would love a puppy but am never home.

I have to be patient and try not to worry that my Lupus like illness doesn't mean I am not sick in the doctors eyes. he said to me I'm not saying you aren't suffering I'm telling you it's not going to kill you. Gotta be good news

Have a great weekend guys xxP
