Lots of sympathetic hugs coming your way :hug: :hug: :hug: Its such a very hard time letting go of someone we love but, like you say, you want the easiest passing for him. My Dad passed away in January and he had a very difficult two months before that. We were all hoping and praying for an easy passing and thats exactly what happened. The nurse was speaking to him one minute and said she was going to get someone to help turn him over in the bed. He just smiled at her and when she came back in he had passed away.
It must be extra hard being so far away and with the worry of how your Mam will cope. Much love and prayers for you and all your family during this difficult time.
