1:40 would not normally be considered high enough for a diagnosis of Lupus. That doesn't mean to say there isn't something brewing. It is my understanding that if the test is positive at all it may be possible to detect a pattern.
Don't give up trying to find out the cause of your problems. Sometimes it just takes time for all the pieces of the puzzle to come together. I suggest you keep a record of any symptoms you have. Also to take photos of any rashes that appear.
