Well first of all its a re-introduction to those who know me of old and an introduction to those who have joined the group since i was last around (which as been on and off - sorry more off. for the past 18 months).

I am Jo, i live in West Yorkshire, UK. I am 33, very happily married to Martin for nearly 9 years.

I want to apologise to all of my friends from this great site who i feel i have abandoned for quite awhile, but hopefully i am gonna be back for good now.

I have had a really bad spell of depression and feeling really ill so thats why i haven't been around. It hasn't just been you people here that haven't seen or heard from me but its been the whole world (more or less), i haven't been answering the telephone or the door, its been too much like hard work to communicate with others but i have had some help from a support worker and psychiatrist and medication of course, fingers crossed, i feel that i am starting to climb back up again.

So hopefully you are all keeping well, i have really missed you all and heres to catching up with each of you over the next few weeks.

I'm sorry you've been having such a bad time of it. It's far nicer to hear that people have been away because they have been well :hug:

I hope that you are going to continue to feel a little better and keep up those communication links with everyone; not always easy when you feel like hiding under the covers but hopefully we can help you come out from under...otherwise you'll have to buy an awful big quilt for us all to go under it with you!!
