I get a very dry mouth and when I eat I get a sharp pain in my salivery glands,
It happens mostly in the morning and I always have a drink before eating any suggestions

Hi Mandy,

I found a site on Salivary Gland Disorders that may be of some help to you. It does mention that it can be a stone if you are having pain when eating. There are others causes also. You should definitely check with your doctor.
