I think most likely it's the steroids; I have not read about it being related to Sjorgen's at least.
Be sure to breath out while they are measuring the pressure. My husband has readings in the low 20's to mid 20's, but the doctor's do not treat him for it because he becomes anxious at that part of the exam and fails to breathe out which elevates the pressure substantially. He is also apparently just one of those that has had high pressures since a teenager when he first needed glasses, another reason they are not concerned in his case.
