So... I've been out of work on short term disability for 10 weeks. I had a flare and all my joints were hurting. It took a solid 4 weeks to get the flare to subside (mostly) and then I started PT to try and build my stamina back for work. I've been back at work since Weds. I have a completely sit down job in front of a PC. I really didn't anticipate any problems. But.. I'm feeling more pain than "usual". Now Florida is also experiencing the coldest weather in 5 years so maybe its that? But its kind of worrying me. I had to go search out a more 'ergonomic' pencil because I was having problems holding my old pencil. I know my hands are still swollen, they almost always are, and I'm retaining water badly. But I'm wondering if I just crept a little further down the 'bad side" and can't regain ground. My steroids were at 2 mgs alternating with 4 when I went into the flare and are at 4 mgs now.

I am starting to think I'm going to have to add some pred. I am exhausted today. I slet well last night and I knew I was really tired by the end of the day Friday but I thought a good night's sleep would take care of it. But its only 1 pm and I want a nap. I can't be doing this after only 3 days of work. I'm going to have to get through weeks and weeks of 5 days at a time. I was fine before, I don't understand why things seem so bad all of a sudden. I was fine while I was off work, I thought everything was back to normal.
