Howdy,
As some of you know, the physician who finally discovered what was wrong with me – medically at least :)– retired for health reasons some time ago. He referred Kathryn and me to an MD he trusted and I have been very impressed by our new medico. Kathryn, who is asthmatic, needed more inhalers so made the appointment and went to see the doctor for the first time. As she told me, the MD and she had a conversation including such as the following:

Dr: So how have you been?
K: As well as I can being married to someone with Lupus.
Dr: Terrible disease.
K: The worst part is the stupidity [Lupus fog] is contagious.

I’m not sure what the doctor said to that one but he did not deny the truth of her contagion assertion! Gives me an idea of how I am seen by my wife and physician.:rotfl:
