Here is a link on an ongoing study for scleroderma, and it also mentions smaller pilot studies are being done using the same treatment to treat severe forms of lupus.

stem cell is something i have thought about but it is not available where i live and i could never afford to pay for it if i had to travel overseas for it. I would certainly consider it - rituxan has been the best treatment so far but i am still deteriorating - just not as fast
