hey guys :)

i am in the nidst of a body loathing period and have decided that i really need to do something about my weight and horrible eating habits. the maine culprit for me is sugar, i have about 10 or more cups of tea a day with 3 sugars in each, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much sugar!

and i am wondering if anyone has tried it. i like the fact it says it aides in helping digestive problems as that's something i really need help with.
anyways, any help would be great.

Stevia would be a good choice to sweeten your tea with - I'm not sure I believe all the claims on that website, but it is probably one of the safest non-caloric sweeteners on the market today. Many people use it and prefer it over other options!
