I have to ask this, although I don't really want to8),but I'd rather know.Anyway,I've noticed that the lymph nodes near my elbows swell slightly and are painful after drinking alcohol.I know this is a symptom of Lyphoma ,but can it be a lupus symptom too?does anyone else get this?

Julsie,

I am not a big drinker so I really do not know how alcohol may trigger swollen lymp nodes however I posted about unusual swelling throughout my body, ie: Breast, wrist, inside area of elbow and the entire leg from the knee down.

It seems like in the last 2 months I have been having unusual swelling to the point it has become annoying and yes, painful too.

My lymph nodes in my neck are always swollen as if I have a severe throat infection and yet I don't. Hope this helps. I think the swelling up and going down thing is all part of the inflammation process associated with auto immune disease process.

Hope you get feeling better soon.:wink2::wink2::wink2:
