Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you know i'm getting test results on a skin biopsy I had on an affected area. I'm hoping for a diagnosis as I need to get on some kind or treatment.If not another biopsy on a non affected area. I will post and let you all know. Thank-you all for your support. test results

well i got my results on biopsy and came back as exsema.I just dont know with all the lupus symptoms i am having. Dermy put me on antibiotics and gave me a cream for the rash. He also gave me a shot that is suppose to last up to 6 months for pain. It's a cortisone / antinflamatory shot,so we shall see. He also refered me to a ruematologist. I'm glad you have a referral to a rheumatologist, as you can have both eczema and lupus. The dermy's treatment should help now that he has a diagnosis for the skin rash, and there are likely other options out there if those don't help.

Thank-you for replying to my posts. It's so frustrating not that i want to be sick but just want some answers . So here we go again yet another time! I know so many of you are in the same predicament and i really feel for you. In an odd sence of way and please dont take this wrong it makes me feel better im not alone or crazy or like alot think being a hypochondriact or lazy.thanks for being here for me-you are great caring people.
